Conventions

Cost: Free up to 8 hours for venues up to 3 hours away from 08096.  Client must include day pass entry for Orb's Eye staff to the event.

Private Events

Cost: $1,000 for a 2-hour session (4 hour maximum) for up to 24 gaming participants for venues up to 2 hours away from 08096. This cost includes 2 new Orb's Eye board game copies per 2-hr session for the client.

Conferences

Cost: $4,000 up to 8 hours for venues up to 3 hours away from 08096. Client must include day pass entry for Orb's Eye staff to the event.  This cost includes 4 new Orb's Eye board game copies for the client.

Gaming Requirements

1. Gaming participants must be age 12 or older.
2. A dedicated space must be provided for OE staff to set up the gaming workshop area.  Depending upon the venue logistics, the client may need to provide chairs for the gaming participants.
3. Orb's Eye facilitates a safe-space environment where philosophies, lifestyles, & practices are never the topic.  The focus is always on players playing the game.  Gaming participants are expected to be respectful & kind to the other gaming participants and to the Orb's Eye staff.
